LATE PAYMENT AND DEFAULT: Borrowers are subisct to a late charge not to ex- ~
ceed 2% of any installment unpaid for 10 days after the due date with a minimum
charqe as may be reasonably imposed by the bank from time to time; after default
or maturity the princfpal sum remaining unpaid and accrusd interest shall both

bear interest at the maximum rate then allowed by law. Borrowsrs shall pay all
costs of collection.
SECURITY AND SETOFF: Loan is sgcured by a mortgage of March 5 , 19 76
on the real estate described therein, together with all applicances and items now ;
or hereafter attached to or placed on the property and considered fixtures. The ~
bank is given the right of setoff against all deposits, credits and other propetty of
Borrowers in the possession or control of the bank, for the indebtedness, though
unmatured. The mortgage will secure future or other indebtedness and will cover i
after acquired property. PREPAYMENT: Borrowers may at any time prepay in full ~
~ or in part any unpaid balance without penalty. Any partial prepayment shall be
f applied against the sums which will last become due hereunder but shall not other-
~ wise affect the dus dates or amounts of payments . ASSUMPTION: If assumption of
' this loan is permitted by FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE , it will charge a
~ service fee for said assumption. Such assumption shall be granted at the bank's
` sole discretion.
