ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN
' THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Petition of JEAN W.
REGISTER, for the appointment of a Guardian of the persons and property
- of the above-named minors, and the Court having considered the allega-
tions in the Petition and the Court, being otherwsie fully advised in
the premises, the Court finds as follows:
1. That the above-named Minors are incompetent because of
their ages, to-wit: CINDY L. REGISTER, December 29, 1959, aged 16 years;
KERRI L. REGISTER, May 6, 1965, aged 11 years;_and KRISTI L. REGISTER,
September 16, 1968, aged 8 years.
2. That the minors own pro~erty in this State and it is

` necessary for a Guardian to be appointed.

~ 3. Tht the provisions of F.S. 744.33 regarding Notice have
~ been complied with.
Based on the foregoing finds of fact, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That JEAN W. REGISTER is appointed Guardian of the per-
sons and nraperty of CINDY L. REGISTER, KERRI L. REGISTER and KRISTI L.
REGISTER, Minors, and that upon filing the Oath and Designation of Resi-
dent Agent, Letters of Guardianship wiil issue to the said JEAN W.
