PETITION FOR ADMINISTR.ATION
Petitioner, S. HASKEW STANTON, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as a beneficiary
under the decedent's Will and Codicil thereto and as a Co-Executor named
in said Will. Petitioner's narne and address are S. Haskew Stanton, 2352
N. E. 9th Street, Apartment B-3, Fort Lauderdale, Florida - 33304 and
the name and address of petitioner's attorney are as set forth at the end of
this Petition.
2. Decedent, Howard Francis Stanton, whose last known address
was 610 South 4th Street. Fort Pierce, Florida - 33450, died on the 18th
~ day of September. 1976 at Fort Pierce, Florida, as wi11 more fully appear
from a certified copy of death certificate attached hereto and made a part
hereof, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County,
Florida.
- 3. As far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this estate,
and their addresses and relationships to decedent, are:
