7. Petitioner is unaware of any unre~oked Will or Codicil of decedent
other than as set forth in paragraph numbered 8.
8. The original of decedent's Last Will dated December 23, 1969
~ and Codicil thereto dated March 26, 1975 accompany tlus Petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's Last Will and Codicil thereto
be admitted to probate and that Petitioner be appointed Personal Representative
of the estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read the foregoing
and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge and belief.
