I, HOWA RD F RANCIS STANTON, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and annulling all others by me
heretofore made. ~

I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without unnecessary
delay by my executors hereinafter named.

~I I give, devise and bequeath unto my two sons, HOWA RD F RANCIS

' STANTON, JR. and SAMUEL HASKEW STANTON, share and share alike, all
my estate, real, personal or mixed, wheresoever the same may be situated,
to be theirs absolutely.

I hereby nominate and appoint my two sons, HOWARD FRANCIS
STANTON, JR, and SAMUEL HASKEW STANTON, Executors of this my Last
~ Will and Testament, to serve without bond, and they shall have all of the

statutory powers and protection granted to trustees and executors, and in
addition and not in limitation of any common-law and statutory authority, and
