WHEREAS, I, HOWARD FRANCES STANTON, on December 23,

and Testainent, in the presence of FRANK FEE, MELBA H. OSTEEN
and HARRIETT M. BROWN, who signed the said Will and Testament
as witnesses; and
WHEREAS, I am desirous of effecting an alteration in
the said Will,
I, THEREFORE, make and publish this Codicil to said
Will and Testament, and I also republish all the terms of
said Will not in conflict with this Codicil.
I.
I hereby give, bequeath, and devise unto my son,
SAMUEL HASKEW STANTON, real property situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, legally des~~s~~ ~s follows, to-wit;

Lot 15, the North 1/2 of Lot 16, thQ North 1/2
of Lot 25, and all of Lots 26 and 27, of Block D
o£ Boulevard Development Company's Subdivision,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 2, page
11 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, with there being included with
each lot as an appurtenant thereto, one-half
of the vacated alley which is adjacent thereto.
together with the improvements thereon situate and the tangible
personal property therein contained.
