I hereby give,•bequeath, and devise to my son,
HOWARD FRANCIS STANTON, JR., real property situate in St. ~
Lucie County, Florida, legally described as follows, to-wit:
The South 1/2 of Lot 16, all of Lots 17, 23~ 24
and the south 1/2 of Lot 25, of Block D, of
Boulevard Development Company's Subdivision,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 2, page
11 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, with there being included with
each lot as an appurtenant thereto, one-half
of the vacated alley which is atijacent thereto.
together with the improvements thereon situate and the tangible
personal property therein contained.
