because the decedent died a resident of St. Lucie County
and owned assets in this county.
5. BARRY L. WOODS, whose address is stated in
Paragraph 1 above, is entitled to preference in appointment
as personal representative because he is named as personal
representative in Clause XI of decedent's last will. The
co-~rsonal renresentative named in sdid wi l~ ! ELSA WOOnS s
sister of the decedent, died in Fort Pierce, Florida on
June 19 , 1973 and a copy of her death certificate
is attached hereto.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets
in this estate are tangible personal property and cash of the
approximate value of $10,000.00. _
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will
or codicil of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last will,
dated January 27, 1968, accompanies this petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be
admitted to probate and that BARRY L. WOODS be appointed per-
sonal representative of the Florida estate of the decedent.
- Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have
read the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best -
of my knowledge and belief.
