The above itemized sums are now due and owing to
the Plaintiff and in addition such further sums as may be
paid by the Plaintiff fo~ Court casts, plus interest at the
rate of 67o from tre dste of this Decree until Faid and any
further sums in connection with this suit.
4. That the Plaintiff has a lien to secure the
payment of the above itemized sums against the following described

~ The lien of Plaintiff is prior, paramovnt and superior
to all rights, claims, liens, interests, encumbrances and
equity of the Defendants, OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA, INC.,
THIRD NATIONAL BANK IN NASHVILLE, and INDIAN RIVER ARMATURE, INC.,
and all persons, firms or corporations claiming by, through
or under the Defendants or any of them and the property will
be sold free and cl-ear of any claims of the Defendants.
