PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES' DEED
The Grantors, THE EXCHANGE NATIONAL BANK OF WINTER
HAVEN and MERCEDES V. HUFF, as personal representatives of
the Estate of Robert V. Huff, deceased, in consideration of
one dollar and other valuable considerations received from
the Grantees, hereby grant and convey to the,Grantees, THE

as co-trustees of the Testamentary Trust established under the
will of Robert V. Huff, deceased, whose address is P. O.
