being first duly swo~n, deposes and says: .
1. That he was the attorney for the Administratrix CTA of the ~
estate of Loren E. Ryan, De~eased.
2. That he knew the decedent. loren E. Ryan~ who was better
known to him as Gene Ryan; that Loren E. Ryan and Gene Ryan were one and
the same person.
3. That the Administrator's deed dated September 27~ 1975~
and recorded .lune 22, 1976, in Official Records Book 253, Page 2554, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County~ Flo~ida~ conveying the following- E

Lot 6, Block 75, Section 28, of Port St. Lucie, according f
to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 7, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
should have read: "Loren E. R an, also known as Gene Ryan", wherever the ~

name of Mr. Ryan appears thereon, because loren E. Ryan and Gene Ryan were
the same individuai.
