1. Right of way easement in favor of Florida Power & Light Company
dated July 27, 1926, filed in Deed Book 80 at page 238 of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the purpose
of maintaining electrical transmission lines situate in Section
16, Township 36 South, Range 37 East.
2. Reservations contained in the deed given by the State Board of
Education of the State of Florida dated February 14, 1944, filed
in Deed Book 109 at page 336 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, pertaining to Section 16, Township 36 South,
Range 37 East, wherein the State Board of Education reserved
the right to enter upon said land, inter alia, to maintain
drainage dikes, and further reserving the right 135 feet on each
side of the centerline of any canal, cut, sluiceway; or dike on
said property at the time of such conveyance, and further
reserving title to ar~ undivided 3/4 interest in phosphate, '
minerals and metals on subject property and with the privilege
and right to mine and develop same, and further reserving an
undivided 1/2 interest in and title in and to an undivided 1/2
interest in all the petroleum that is or may be in, on or under
said property with the privilege to mine and develop same.
