County, Florida, for the purpose of maintenance for -
- electrical transmission and distribution lines on
Section 17, Tawnship 36 South, Range 37 East.
4. Right of way in favor of Florida Power & Light
Company dated January 21, 1927, filed in Deed Book
75, at page 248, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, for the purpose of maintenance for
electrical transmission and distribution lines in
Section 29, Tawnship 36 South, Range 37 East.
5. 4i1 gas, and sulphur rights and the right to explore
for same reserved unto Consolidated Naval Stores
Company as provided in that certain deed from
Consolidated Naval Stores Company to C. F. Raulerson
dated January 29, 1940, and recorded in Deed Book
95, at page 591, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
6. Easement for ingress and egress over the South 50
feet of Sections 4 and 5, the South 50 feet and
the West 50 feet of Section 6, and the East 50
feet of that portion of Section 9, lying North of
State Road No. '70, all in Tawnship 36 South, Range
37 East, and the West 50 feet of Section 31, Township
35 South, Range 39 East, as evidenced by that certain
grant of easement recorded in O. R. Book 236, at
paqe 2327, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
7. Easement for ingress and egress over that portion
of the East 100 feet of Section 9, Township 36 South,
` Range 37 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, lying
North of State Road No. 70; and
TOGETfiER WITH an easement for drainage facilities over
the East 100 feet of the North 100 feet of Section 9,
Tawnship 36 South, Range 37 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida, and over the following described land:
Commencing at the NW corner of Section 10, Township 36
South, Range 37 Fast, St. Lucie County, Florida, for
the point of beginning; run East along the North line ~
of said Section 10, 2200 feet, more or less, to a,
point which lies 50 feet East of the centerline of a
- private existing canal, thence turn and run Southerly
along a line parallel to and 50 feet Easterly of.the
canal centerline to the point where said line inter-
sects with the North right of way line of State Road
No. 70; thence run Southwesterly along said right
of way line 100 feet, more or less, to a point which
lies 50 feet West of the centerline of said private -
existing canal; thence turn and run Northerly along
a~.ine parallel to and 50 feet Westerly of said
canal centerline to a point 100 feet South of the
North line of said Section 10; thence turn and run
West along a line parallel to and 100 feet South
of the North line of said Section 10 to the West
line of said Section 10; thence turn and run North
100 feet to the point of beginning.
