The purpose of this drainage easement is to provide
drainage from lands encumbered by that certain mortgage from
Grantor to Grantee, dated September 9, 1975 and recorded on
September 9, 1975 in Official Records Book 243 at page 1629
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as
modi f ied by that certain agreement dated ~[[~Q/~~,~p ~Q,~p
and recorded on~~ f~,dip )~D~ in Official Records Book
~s g at page ~ of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, to an existing canal situate immediately
north of State Road No. 68. In the event of purchase by
Grantee or its assigns of the lands encumbered by the aforementioned
mortgage as modified, or foreclosure of the aforementioned
mortgage by Grantee or its assigns, then this easement shall
become a permanent easement. When said mortgage has been
paid in full and satisfied of record, then this drainage
easement shall cease and terminate.
