This cause coming on to be heard on September 28, 1976 on the sworn
Motion of the Wife for temporary custody of the daughter of the parties
hereto and the Court having heard testimony of the respective parties and

argument of counsel and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND FiDJi1DGED as follows :
1. That the temporary custody of the minor child, Debra Ann
Tucker, be committed to the Wife, Ruth Tucker, granting unto the Husband
reasonable rights of visitation. _
2. The Husband, Charles Richard ZUcker be and he is hereby
restrained and enjoined from interfering with or molesting, harassing,
annoying or using physical violence on the Wife, Ruth Tucker, or on the
child, Debra Ann Tucker.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this 28th day of September, 2976. ~
