i~HFREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission
after holding a public hearing of which due notice was pualished
at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and all property
owners within 300 feet were notified by mail o~ said hearing has
recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie ~
County that the Preliminary Plan for the "Spanish Lakes PDP" ~
and the rezoning to PDP (Planned Development Project) for the
hereinafter described land be approved, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County held a public hearing on said Preliminary Plan and rezoning
on April 27, 1976, after first publishing noL-ice of said hearing
in the News Tribune at Fort Pierce, Florida on April 9, 1976 and
notifying all property o~~r:ers within 300 feet of said land at
least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing, and l-~
~~HEREAS, at said public hea~~ing said Board of County
Commissioners approved said Preliminary Plan subject, however,
to the following conditions:
; 1. Provide a 40 foot buffer on the north side of said land,
f
~ and
~ 2. Eliminate a 2 foot berm and a 6 foot fence and replace
it with an 8 foot high wooden fence, and
~~f~EREAS, the Detailed and Final Plan for said Spanish Lakes
PDP was presented to said Board of County Commissior.ers at its
reyiilar meeting on June 2.2, 1976 at which time the County
Development Coordinator reported that the county staff had
reviewed said Detailed and Final plan and found it in accordance
with the applicable provisions of the St. Lucie County Compre-
~ hensive Zoning Resolution and in substantial confo,~mity with
~ the previously approved Preliminary Plan.
PJO~~, TIiEREFORE, BE I~T RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida in meeting assembled this
22nd day of June, 1976 as follows:
1. That the Detailed and Final Plan for "Spanish Lakes PDP"
