The Parties of the First Part, pursuant to Order of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, dated June 2 ,
1976, and in consideration of the premises and of the full payment
of an Agreement for Deed previously entered into between W. A. PALMER
and LAWRENCE SPARKMAN and ROSE LEE SPARIQ~IAN, his wife, and other good
and valuab le consideration in hand paid, grant, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm to the Party of the Second Part and to
I his heirs, successors, and assigns forever, that certain real-property
