On this day, before me, the undersigned authority,
personally appeared LYDIA O'bAY who, upon first being by me
duly sworn, did depose and say:
l. That she is attorney-in-fact for Maria A. Larrosa,
a/k/a Maria Amparo Larrosa, pursuant to that certain Power of
Attorney dated August 31, 19?6 and recorded simultaneously herewith.
2. That in her capacity as attorney-in-fact she has
executed on behalf of Maria A. Larrosa a/k/a Maria Amparo Larrosa
a certain warranty deed of conveyanced naming Herbert S. Edwards
and Dorothy Edwards, his wife, as Grantees, conveying the following
described real property situate, lying and being in St. Lucie
! County, Florida:
