INSURANCE COMPANY in the original principal amount of

Book~ 243, at page 1629, of the public records of St. Lucie :
County, Florida, which mortgage was modified by Modification ~
Agreement dated September.~o, 1976, and recorded in Official
Record Book a?S8 , at page S~ 9, pub lic records of St . Lucie
County, Florida, and which mortgage, as modified, and the debt
secured thereby, Grantee herein expressly assumes and agrees
