Parties hereto and their attarneys having submitted a ~
Gompromise and Settlement Stipulation to this Court for its approval, and the
Court being of the opinion that the sum of NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
and NOJ100 DOLLARS ($9, 500.00) is a fair, full and adequate consideration for

settlement of all claims as a result of the accident resulting in injuries

' involved herein, the Deferxlants denying liability therefore and that the

; settlement is beneficial to the said minor's Estate and the Court being fully s

~ advised in the premises, it is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJLiDGED that the Plaintiffs, BENJAMIN

~ MITGHELL and DOSHIE LEE MITCHELL, individually and as administrators
~ of the Estate of GHARLES MITCHELL, da have and recover from the

~ Deferxiants, LEWIS YEARBY, JR, and STANDARD GUARANTY INSURA1~iCE
