ORDER ON COMPROMISE AND FINAL JUDGMENT
Parties hereto and their attorneys having submitted a Compromise
and Settlement Stipulation to this Court of its approval, and the Gourt being of
the opinion that the sum of FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ($4,000.00) to the
minor, through her father, is a fair, full and adequate consideration for that
certain minor as a result of the accident resulting in injuries involved herein,
the Defendant denying liability therefor and that the settlement is beneficial to the

; said minor, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, ROBIN L. JONFS,
~ a minor, bv and through her next friend, natural guardian and father, dces

~ . have and recover from the Defendants, THOMAS BUGHANON and DONNA
~
~ BUGHANON, the sum of FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS (~4, 000.00). It is further

R OR~DER ED AND ADJUDGED that upon payment of the said sums in

the aforesaid manner, that H. DAVID JONES, as next friend, natural guardian,
and father of said minor shall give a full and complete Satisfaction and Release
