July 24 , 19 75 , and Letters of Administration were is.wed to
Petitioner on August 22 19 75 .

2. Petitioner files herewith a final accounting containing a rnmplete report of all receipts
and disbursements since the commencement of administration of this estate, or sinoe the date of the
last acxounting filed herein, if any.
3. Petitioner has fuUy administered this estate, by making payment, settlement, or other
disposition of all claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the
payment of a11 expenses of administration.

; 4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service and
' with the Depaztrnent of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this court
