I, THOMAS AIrIDRUS, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all
former Wills by me at any time made, and intending hereby to devise
a~d bequeath all of the property, both real or personal, of which I ,
may die seized and possessed, or to which I may be entitled at the
time of my death, wherever the same may be situated, as follows, to-

FIRST: I direct my Executrix, hereinafter named, to pay all of ~

my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as is
practicable . ~
SECOND: Al1 the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate,
whether real, personal, or mixed, I give, devise and bequeath unto
AGNES WINANT, 1919 North 51st Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, to have
and to hold unto herself absolutely and forever.
In the event AGNES WINANT fails to survive me,by thirty
' (30) days, then I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue, and ,

; remainder of my estate, whether real, personal, or mixed, unto her ;

! children who survive me, to have and to hold unto themselves absolutely !

~ FOURTH: I hereby constitute and appoint AGNES WINANT, Executrix i

~ of this my Last Will and Testament, and I expressly confer upon her power

- full authority and power to manage, invest and reinvest, and to sell and
; convey any part or all of my estate, at public or private sale, with
