ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RATIFICATION 3~~?~~1
BY CRANTEE .
The Grantee by acceptance and recording of the Warranty Deed
of conveyance to a condominium apartment is Island House Condo-
miniums, Phase II , acknowledges that said conveyance is subjec~
to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium more fully
described in said Warranty Deed, including the provisions of all-
of its exhibits. The Grantee does hereby ratify, confirm and
approve all af said provisions, including the provisions of the •
long term lease and management agreement which are exhibits to said
condominium documents; the grantee does further hereby ratify, con-
firm and approve the acts of the officers and directors of Island
House Owners Association, Inc, in making and entering into such
long term lease and management agreement. The Grantee agrees to
be bound by a~l of the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium,
the long term lease and the management agreement: the Grantee
authorizes Island House Owners Association, Inc. to act for him and -
in his name in the performance of its obligations under said long
term lease and management agreement; the Grantee acknowledges and
agrees that all of the provisions of said documents are reasonable,
fair and equitable; and the Crantee hereby iMpresses a lien upon
the condominium apartment described above as security for his
obligations, as more fully described in said Declaration of
Condominium and all of its exhibits.

hands and seals this day of Septmeber 19'76. ~
