BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
CHARLES R. P. BROWN, who being first duly sworn did depose and say
as follows:
1. That he is a practicing attorney at law in Fort
Pierce, Florida, having practiced in St. Lucie County, Florida for

one Fred G. Hill for a number of years prior to his death in September,
1973; that he knows of his own knowledge that one Viola C. Hill, ~

also known as Viola Casey Hill, was the wife of said Fred G. Hill
at the time of her death on November 9, 1963 in Fort Pierce, Florida;
that he knows that the Viola C. Hill named as one of the grantees
in that certain deed dated ~June 13, 1934 and recorded June 16, 1934
in Deed Book 84, page 299, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, an d Viola Casey Hill, named as the decedent in a death
certificate recorded in the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida was one and the same person, and that she was the wife of said

Fred G. Hill con tinuously from the date of the recording of said

~ deed in Deed Book 84, page 299, above referred to, until her death [

E in Fort Pierce, Florida on November 9, 1963. :

~ described real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

~ RESUBDIVISION, according to the plat -
