THIS AGREF~NT inade and entered into this ~ day of
October, 1976, by and between JAY A. SA1~LE and FRANCES R. SA1~LE, his
wife, hereafter referred to as Sellers, and ROY DICKIItSON and JUDY M.
DICKERSON, his wife, hereafter referred to as Purchasers. ~

That, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants ~

Warranty Deed.

~ and after that date. The Purchaser agrees to maintain the exterior and

interior of all buildings in good condition and to maintain fire and
~ extended coverage insurance on the buildings in an amount of not less
~
