WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of Cou~
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of
available in the amount of $103,906.15 from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conse
Florida Boating Improvement Program 2001 allocation.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissi(
Florida, in meeting assembled this 24th day of July, 2001, pursuant to Section 1:
