Fort Pierce. florida, having hed its Municipal Court aDolished effective that date,
shall prepare an audit of all cases that were pending in its ~auni~ipal court as of
January 2. 1977. Pe~ding cases Mhich have already been ~aade returnable to the Cou~ty
Court durir~g the period preceding ebol isha~e~t of llunlcipal Court shal l not be
i~cluded in the audit repo~ts. A separate repo~t shall be suDinitted fo~ •isdeweanor
tases and traffic cases. This requireaent is Two-fotd: First, to assist in accaunt-
ing for cases transfe~red fra~ abolished courts and secondly to establish the case-
load pending in the Municipal Court of tht City of Fort Pierce as of the effective
date of its abolisfanent. Thest reports are to be forMrarded in the exact for~t
which have been pubtished in co~3unction with this Order. The fonas pennit the
listing of Thirty_(30) cases per page and each page excepting the last one should
refiect that nunbe~ of cases. A facing sheet shall be prepared fc~r each caLegory
audited, providing the follarinq infonaation:
a. MaAe of the court audited.
b. Total nu~nDe~ of cases transferred.
c. Na~e, tltle. busir~ess address and phone nu~ber of person
preparing audit report.

(4) The Clerk of the Municipal Gourt of the City of Fort Pierce shall on or
before January 3. 197T transfe~ Lo the Cieric of Cou~ty Court of St. Lucfe Co~ty.
Roan 210 County Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Ftorida 33450, all cases pending before the
` Municipal Court, including all cases on appeal therefran.
