(9) Pursuant to the Florida Constitutfon. Article V. Section 20(c)(8). and
Florida Statutes S 34.191 (2~, County Court costs in the a.a~nt of s1~~00 for each case
shall be assessed !n additio~ to the fine iaiposed fra~ each violation of` wunlcipal
o~fnaRCe ~r non-traffic ~aisd~eanor. Qne Qollar of said costs for each case shall De
?~e~itted to the State Treasurer as described in Florida Statutes, Chapter 943. M
additional one dolla+r of said costs for each case shall be re~oitted to sub,~ect iaunici-
pality for laM enforce~nrnt education purpases as provided by Florida Statutes. Chapter
9~3 and further provided Dy Fort Pierce Municipal Ordinance No. F-331 dated May Z5.

costs for handlin9 eath aiunicipal ordinance violation or non-traffit ~aisde~e~~or.
(10) Pursuant to Transition Rule 10. Suprea~e Court of Florida, the Clerk of
the Municipal Court of the City of Fort Pierce shall fon+ard a certified topy of all
current ~aunicipal ordinances to the Clerk af the Caunty Court of St. lucie County by
January 3, 1977, for readily accessibility of the ~unicipal ordinances by the ~udges
of the County Court. Certified copy of a~y addition or changes in the nwnicipal
ordinances shall be fon+arded to the Clerk of the County Court upon publication.
