A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A TENTATIVE MILLAG! RATE
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2001-2002
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
following determinations:

1. On September 6, 2001, after TRIM notices were mailed to all ~roperty owners pursuant
to Section 200.069, Florida Statutes, the Board of Count~ held a public hearing to
consider adopting the tentative millage for fiscal year 2001-2002 and ado the tentative millage.

to Section 200.069, Florida Statutes, the St. Lucie County Mosquito Con roi District, a dependent
taxing district of this Board, held a public hearing to consider adopting the millage for fiscal
year 2001-2002 and adopted the tentative millage.
3. On September 6, 2001, after TRIM notices were mailed to all ~roperty owners pursuant
to Section 200.069, Florida Statutes, the St. Lucie County Erosion District, dependent taxing district
of the Board, held a public hearing to consider adopting the tentative millag~; for fiscal year 2001-2002
and adopted the tentative millage.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Co~
