INC. , a non-profit Florida corporation, ATLANTIC CONDOMINIUM MANAGEMENT
CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, and ATLANTIC CONDOMINIUMS, INCOR-

the other in hand paid, terminate and hold for naught that certain Management Agree-
