the above-named Plaintiff, against the above-named Defendants, in
the above-specified Court, involving the following described real
property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida.

according to the Plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 16, page 12 of the Public Records

The relief sought by the Plaintiff as to such property is
the foreclosure of a mortgage owned and held by the Plaintiff encumber-
ing the said property, to declare all other interests in the property
to be inferior to that of the Plaintiff and to foreclose same and for
certain other relief.
