dated 11 July, 19?5, and recorded in Official Records Book 241, Page
2012$t. Lucie County, Florida, public records, securing a note of even
date in the sum of Thirty-eight Thousand and no/100 Dollara,

AND, WHEREAS, the Party is desirous of extending the period
of payment unde r the note,
IT IS, THEREFORE, agreed, for and in consideration of the
mutual promises made, and $1.00, and other valuable considerations '
paid to the JENSEN BEACH BANK, that said note is amended to read,
"to be due and payable in full on or before one (1) year after date, or
July 14, 19??". It is the intent of the Parties to extend the maturity
of the note.
In all other respects, said mortgage and note are hereby
