WITNESSETH: That said mortgagors, for and in oonsideration of the aggregate sum
named in the promissory notes hereinafter described, and other valuable considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release,
convey and confirm unto.the said mortgagees, in fee simple, all those certain lands, of which
said mortg~gurs are now seized and possessed, situate, lying and being in the County of

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenauces, unto mortgagees. in fee simple.
AND the mortgagors do hereby covenant with the mortgagees that they are indefeasibly
seized of said lands in fee simple and have full power and lawful right to convey said lands
in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful for the mortgagees at all times peaceably
and quietly to enter upon, hold, occupy and enjoy said lands; that said lands are free from all
encumbrances; that they will make such further assurances to perfect -~he fee simple dtle to .
