PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WNEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tlon organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
=5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record 8ook 167, Page
2405, et seq. , Public Records of St. Lucte County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of =1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida. which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded 1n Offlcial Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, a~d as further amended by Mortgage Modifica- ~
tion and Exte~sion Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Luci e County, Fl or-1 da; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premi ses , fram the 1 i en and operati on of sai d
mortgage;
NOM, THEREFORE, First National City Bank. in consideration of

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fran the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed
