PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE ~
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tlon organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit: ~
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
a5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187. Page
~ 2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, ~
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of s1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, whlch
Modification of Mortgage Oeed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27; 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW. THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideratlon of

192, Page 820, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
sai d Mortgagor, i ts successors and assi gns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair,
- alter or•diminish the effect, lien or encunbrance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged property not released
hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
