tion organlzed under the laws of the United States of Amerlca, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, ex cuted the 14th day of October, '

Mortgage Investors, a Massachu tts Business Trust, securing

more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated Qctober 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of =1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Potk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official ~ecord
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica- ~
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
1n Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and -
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a ~
part of the mortgaged premises, fram the lien and operation of said

said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lfen of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheiess, that nothing herein contalned shall in anywise impair,
- alter or•diminish the effect, lien or encunbrance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged property not released
