PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE ~
KNOW ALI. MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS:
WNEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Buslness Trust, securing
s5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Luc~e County, Florida,
encumberi ng cE:^tai n 1 ands i n St. Luci e Gounty, F1 ori da therei n
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of =1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Fiorida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
8ook 207, Page 867, et seq., Pubtic Records of St. Lucie
County, ~iorida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record 8ook 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHERERS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
, part of the mortgaged premises, fram the lien and operation of said

Florida -
TO HAYE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothinq herein contained shall in-anywise impair,
- alter or~dfmfnish the effect, ]ien or encunbrance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged property ~ot released
hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
