PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN 6Y THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organlzed under the laws of the United States of Amerlca, 1s
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit: ~
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
:5,i00,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et_seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending Lhe sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of :1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Luc1e
County, Fiorida, and as further amended by Mortgaqe Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
1n Official Record 8ook 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Luci e County, F~ ori da; and
WHEREAS, 4utdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
Ctty 8ank to release the property hereinafter described, being a

successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and fram the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothinq herein contained shal~ in anywise impair,
alter or•diminish the effect, lien or encunbrance of tha aforesaid
Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged property not released
hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
