PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: ~
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wi t:

A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Con~cinental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
s5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 1a7, Page
2405, et seq. , Public Records of St. Luc~e County, Florida,
encumberi ng cer.tai n 1 ands i n St. Luci e County, F1 ori da therei n
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of.s1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands 1n Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1913 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
- part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage; ~

NON, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideratlon of
the premises and the sum of ~

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fram the

TO HAYE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerate~
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair,
alter or•diminish the effect, lien or encunbrance of the aforesaid
