PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY 6ANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignme~t of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th da~y of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
s5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of s1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
1n Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.

WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, fran the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City 6ank, in consideration of

~ 5 200.00 , t e receipt whereof is fiereby ac nowledged,
does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fram the
' lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
~ successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed
by said mortgage more particularly described as follows:

in that certain condominiun known as Outdoor Resorts

of Nettles Island Project recorded in Plat Book 16,

TO HAYE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair,
- alter or~diminish the effect, lien or encunbrance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged property not released
hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the ho~der thereof.
