PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organlzed under the laws of the United States of Amerlca, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
s5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certaln lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Oeed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of =1,112,392.00 and
alsa encunbering other lands 1n Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded 1n Offlcial Record -
Book 207, Page 867, et seq. , Publ i c Records of ~St. Luci e
County, Flori da, and as further amended by Mortgage Modi fi ca-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
1n Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WNEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of sai

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair,
alter or•diminish the effect, lien or encunbrance of the aforesaid
a Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged property not released
hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
