PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of Mierica,~is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October;
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental ~
Mortgage Inve~tors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
. by an additionai principal indebtedness of ~i,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other iands in Polk County, Florida, wh9ch
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
8ook 207, Page 867, et seq., Publ9c Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 2~~~~e 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; an -
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
' part of the mortgaged premises, fram the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideratlon of
the premises and the sum of Five T

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed

192, Page 820, public records of St. Lucie County,

TQ HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the .
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and dischar~ged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair,
- alter or•diminish the effect, lien or encunbrance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged property not released
hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
