5. That whi le the plaintiffs were so seized of said property,
and on or about the 23rd day of March, 1976, the defendants, by duress and
undo inftuence as hereinafter aileged, induced the plaintiffs to sign thr•ee (3)
separate deeds for the same premises and p~~rportinq to convey ti~le thereof
to the defendants, which said documents were recorded in the Office of the
Clerk of St. Lucie County, State of Florida, on the 23rd day of March, 1976.
