BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally appeared
S. HASKEW STANTON who upon being duly sworn did depose and say:
1. That he is the son of Annie H. Stanton who. departed this life on
August 11, 1968.
2. That Howard F. Stanton and the said Annie H. Stanton were the
grantees in that certain warranty deed of conveyance executed by E. G.
Gustafson, joined by his wife, Louise Gustafson , wherein the above described
real property was conveyed.
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance Annie H. Stanton
was married to the said Howard F. Stanton and that said marital relationship
continued without interruption until the death of the said Annie H. Stanton.
Further affiant sayeth not.
