DEED OF CONVEYANCE
THIS DEED, made the 16th day of November, A. D. 19?6. by S.
HASKEW STANTON, individuaIIy
and as Personal Representative of the

WHEREAS, Howard Francis Stanton died the owner of the hereinafter
described real property; and
WHEREAS, the Grantor hereof is the duly qualified and acting Personal
Representative of the Estate of Howard Francis Stanton, deceased, with power
under the Will of said decedent to execute this Deed of Conveyance:
WITNESSETH:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Fourteen Thousand
Five Hundred & 00/100 dollars ($14, 500. 00) and other valuable considerations
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged. hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantees all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County?, Florida, viz: i

RE-SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3.
page 3. of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantor hereby covenants that in all things about this sale the
Grantor has coYnplied with the laws of the State of Florida, and the Orders of
the Circuit Court; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes
accruing subsequent to December 31, 1975.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor has executed this Deed the
