This cause~coming on to be heard upon the Wife's motion for
a restraining order, without notice to the Husband, and it being
determined the Wife is without sufficient funds to post bond, and
the Court having been fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that until a hearing or further order
of this Court in this cause, the Husband, RONALD SMITN, be and
the same is hereby en~oined and restrained from coming about,
harrassing, annoqing, molesting or threatenin~ the Wife, GLORIA
~ JEAN SMITH.
