PETITION TO ADMIT CERTIFIED COPIES TO RECORD
~ John R. Purcell, of the firn? of Holland & Knight,
Bartow, Florida, shows:
1. Robert V. Huff, deceased, of Polk County, died
on February 18, 1975, leaving a will dated May 16, 1972, and
a codicil thereto dated May 15, 1973, which were duly proved
and admitted to probate and record in the Circuit Court of
the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida,
on March 4, 1975.
- 2. Certified copies of the decedent's Will and
Codicil thereto, Petition for Probate of Will, Order of
Probate, Letters Testamentary, Federal Estate Tax Closing
~ Letter, and Final Certificate as to Florida estate taxes are
` filed with this petition.
! 3. At the time of his death, Robert V. Huff owned
~ certain real property in St~ Lucie County, Florida, and in
order to perfect record title to the property in St. Lucie
" County, it is necessary that the certified copies filed
herewith be admitted to record in this county.
_ WHEREFORE, petitioner requests that an Order be
entered herein, admitting to record in this Court the certi-
fied copies of the probate proceedings filed herewith.
Under penalties of perjury_ I declare that I have
read the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the
best of my kno~3ledge and belief.
