Petitioners, MERCEDES V. HUFF and THE EXCHANGE NATIONAL
BANK OF WINTER HAVEN, show:-
1. Petitioner MERCEDES V. HUFF is a resident of Winter
Haven, Florida, and her post office address is 1230 East
Lake Cannon Drive, Winter Haven, Florida.
2. Petitioner, THE ~XCHANGE NATIONAL BANK OF WINTER
HAVEN is a banking association under the laws of the United
States, having trust powers and with its banking offices at
° - Winter Haven, Florida.
3. ROBERT V. HUFF, died on February 18, 1975, at
Winter Haven, Florida, and at the time of his death his ,
domicile and place of residence was 1230 East Lake Cannon
Drive, Wintei Hav~n, Florida.
i 4. Decedent left as his only surviving heir at law his

~ wife, MERCEDES V. HUFF, whose residence is 1230 East Lake

~ Cannon Drive, Winter Haven, Florida.
5. Decedent left a last will and testament duly signed
and attested under date of May 16, 1972 and a first codicil '
dated May 15, 1973 which will and codicil are now presented
to this Court for probate. Petitioners MERCEDES V. HUFF and
THE EXCHANGE NATIONAL BANK OF WINTER HAVEN are nominated by
~ the will to serve as personal representatives without bond.

~ 6. Said decedent lef~ an estate having a value in
excess of $60,000. A complete inventory of the estate will
be filed within 60 days.
