, I, ROBERT V. HUFF, a resident of Winter Haven,
Palk County, Florida, being of sound mind and disposing
memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be
my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all
wills and codicils heretofore made by me.
ARTICLE I.
I direct that my debts, funeraY expenses and
administration expenses be paid in the order and in the
manner prescribed by law, but in accordance with the pro-
visions as hereinafter set forth.
ARTICLE II. •
All of the furniture and household furnishings

~ and effects in my residence in Wintsr Haven, Florida and

my home in Rye Beach, New Hampshire, occupied by my wife,
~ MERCEDES V. HUFF and me belong to her. I give and be-

~ queath to my said wife all of my clothing, jewelry,
. automobiles, personal effects, and other tangible personal
property, and all cash on hand, together with all policies
. •
of insurance thereon, if she survives me. If my said wife
does not survive me, I direct that the items described in
this paragraph shall be divided in kind, into two equal
shares, one share of which shall be distributed according
to the order of intestate succession to the persons who
would be the heirs of my said wife if she had died intes-

tate as a resident of Florida, immediately following my
